EGAVRA Settlement rail · Patent pending · Nonconfidential
Financial infrastructure IP

Every payment carries its own collateral, its own route and its own proof.

Egavra settles payments across bank and blockchain rails without pre-funded accounts. Collateral is bound to each payment only while it moves, and released once settlement is proven.

Measured on a 2-CPU test machine
72–78% less cash than pre-funded accounts, with instant customer credit (simulation, 24/7 on-chain settlement)
1.1 s median full payment workflow with every safety check on; 95% within 1.7 s
16,826 / 16,826 payment workflows correct in a 100-minute continuous run: 0 errors, 0 safety violations
1,000,000 payment obligations in one authority; a new payment still admitted in about 4.6 ms

Results come from controlled tests using provider sandboxes and simulated providers. The rail has not yet been run with live money. Every figure maps to an evidence index that documents scope, method and limitations.

The problem

Settlement still runs on trapped capital.

To settle instantly, institutions pre-fund accounts at every bank, provider and blockchain venue they use. That capital earns little and sits idle in case it is needed.

They also run collateral, routing and reconciliation as separate systems that do not trust one another. The cost is idle liquidity, duplicated operations and the constant risk of paying twice when something fails mid-flight.

Today the market sells these as separate products: collateral mobility, payment orchestration, stablecoin settlement, instant-payment rails, reconciliation and security tooling. Egavra combines them in one governed system.

How a payment moves

One payment, one identity, from collateral to release.

  1. Step 1

    Bind collateral

Collateral is reserved for this payment just in time, with no pre-funded balance sitting at the destination.

  2. Step 2

    Route

The payment keeps one identity across bank and blockchain rails. Route choices learn and self-correct, always inside owner and customer limits.

  3. Step 3

    Prove finality

Settlement is proven final before collateral is released and before fees are taken.

  4. Step 4

    Release or recover

Collateral is released. If anything crashes mid-payment, recovery completes it once: never lost, never paid twice.

Proof, not slides

What has been verified

  • Verification295-suite verification campaign with 5,765 passing tests on the current build. Rail processing per payment cut 38% against the previous build in a scored back-to-back test.
  • Crash testingProcesses killed mid-payment, databases crashed, provider responses lost, clocks moved. No payment created, lost or paid twice.
  • Routing95% fewer failed payments (43 to 2 still failed after retries) and 24–46% lower fees when route fees change, never outside owner or customer limits.
  • IntegrationsProvider sandbox integrations (ACH) and an externally executed Arc blockchain testnet just-in-time payment.
  • Post-quantumEvery signature on the payment path is hybrid classical and post-quantum, and database connections can require quantum-safe key exchange, using the NIST post-quantum standards that Executive Order 14412 directs federal systems to adopt.
  • Code reviewIndependent adversarial code reviews (AI-assisted). Every proven finding fixed and locked in with a permanent regression test.

Controlled tests use provider sandboxes and simulated providers. An independent security audit is a remaining step before live customer funds.

Who it's for

Built for institutions that move money between rails.

  • Banks and processors building instant and cross-border payments
  • Credit unions and credit union service organizations
  • Stablecoin and digital-asset infrastructure providers and custodians
  • Treasury, liquidity and collateral-management platforms
  • Market infrastructure and settlement networks

For each, Egavra replaces a multi-system build they would otherwise have to design, prove and secure. It plugs into existing infrastructure through partners rather than replacing core systems.

Availability

Available for acquisition or license

The defined rail IP (just-in-time collateral, cross-rail settlement, finality and recovery) with two U.S. provisional patent applications.

The owner is monetizing the IP directly: no venture funding and no operating payments company. Commercial deployment, licensing and regulation sit with the buyer.

Black-box evaluation only, under NDA: interface specifications, sanitized test evidence, live controlled demonstrations and auditable outputs. Source code and platform internals are not disclosed.
